This practical workshop is designed to help
you build strength, improve flexibility and
move with more confidence - without pressure,
punishment or trying to become someone you’re not.

It’s a morning to reconnect with your body, understand
what helps, and leave with simple ideas you can actually use.

Strength & Movement

Gentle, effective strength-based movement to help you feel more capable, more stable and more confident in your body.

Flexibility & Mobility

Simple Pilates-inspired movement and stretching to help you move more freely and feel less tight or restricted.

Practical Tools For Lasting Change

Breaking up the sessions to give you a rest, we will be focusing on straightforward ideas to help you build the practice that make it easier to keep going, especially when life gets busy.

This workshop is for you if:
